Structure characteristics

◎Extra-thick whole iron wall and solid cast iron base, typical structure of large offset printing machine that can guarantee high-speed operation with the stability , high-precision, long life, as well as water, inking roller and roller bearing's non-vibration revolution, for the printer’s long-term stable operation and print quality stability.

◎Blanket adopting on-off pressure technology commonly used by large offset printing machine-- three-point suspended technology, its pressure adjustment is accurate and reliable, and drum's adjustment does not affect mutually, which protects the roller bearing.

◎Adopt external high-precision helical gear drive and bearer-walking iron cylinder mode. To ensure the stable printing pressure transmission and drum's steady revolving, and make sure large areas solid printing and clear network duplication, as well as small letter print.

◎Complete machine adopt the centralism oil feed method to ensure that all the gears and bearings can be lubricated when start running at the same time, or at any time in operating(one-color machine to use manual pump)..

◎The whole inking unit is composed of 15 inking rollers. Including 4 form rollers with different diameters, the system reflects fast, inking distributing effect is good. Ink fountain is partition controlled by ink fountain key, and can be separately regulated, effected interconnected, to ensure the sufficient ink storage quantity and uniformity of ink supply.

◎Adopt sheet feeder and feeder plate specialized used on large machines, including sophisticated two-tips submitted type feeder, the conventional upper brush, platen and ambulacral friction feeder plate of roller side mark, and the sheet feeder adopts the standard upswing sheet transfer structure, gripper is closed on the cam’s high point, so that the sheet transfer is steady and accurate.

◎Plate cylinders equipped with rapid clamp bar of locating pin, convenient for plate load and unload quickly, the plate on cylinder can be controlled remotely or manually fine-tuning; including circumferential, axial, diagonal direction, in particular the diagonal direction on plate’s turn aside adjustments is the specialized technique of baby offset printing press.

◎SRC452 have water and electricity follow speed function, when main engine speed changed, the dampening motor speed is changed at the same time.

◎Half high board collecting paper will increase delivery unit from 2 to 5, lengthen the paper collecting distance, which is good for printing’s fully dry.
