Structure characteristics

◎Adopt ceramic anilox roller.

◎Putting material and receiving material are both controlled by the magnetic brake, clutch (or Japanese Mitsubishi automatic tension controller is optional). Automatic color printing control is optional.

◎Each printing unit adopting: 360° circumferential plate to adjust.

◎Each printing unit has a set of infrared drying device.

◎When stopping, the roller can be separated from automatically, and turn at the low speed to prevent the ink dry.

◎Main motor adopts frequency conversion and no-polar control of motor speed.

◎The tube material for paper, printing, glazing, automatic infrared drying, a set of perforated computer paper, laminating, and wrap up is finished in the same time. It is the best choice model for printing factory to make commercial bill printing, high grade sticky trademarks.

◎It is optional for UV polishing or UV ink for printing if customers choose.
